A. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.
B. No Prepaid Return Label

C. Return Process

- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation screenshot)
- Reason for return

Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

E. Exchanges

F. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect products: We cover return shipping costs.
- Non-defective products: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Wrong product ordered: If you ordered the wrong product, you must cover the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
G. Refunds

H. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be treated as a “Change of Mind” return and follow the return process outlined above.
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, the customer will bear the cost of reshipment.
